Ms. Burton: "Yuk. Are you trying to kill me?!" She spits out the solution and throws the solution to the floor.

Rad Tech: "I'm sorry. You have to drink this to complete the study.

Ms. Burton: "You drink it! That stuff's nasty!"

Ms. bruton: how can i drink it it is not palatable, Rad tech:nonverbal response: how to explain her) please cooperate , Ms .bruton: ok i will do it but ....... Rad tech: what but Ms bruton , Ms.bruton: nothing i will drink the solution analysis for interaction is Rad tech is conviencing and Ms bruton is demanding. summary and evalutation: Rad tech is patiently convencing the ms bruton and finally conveniced ms bruton .
