Performance evaluation is the continuous process to evaluate the working performance of the employee to increase the productivity and optimize the resources.
Performance evaluation review in employer perspective is to find the key employer and the best assessment of the human resource as well as to find the key points to achieve the set targets or goals. As well as what type of changes should be made to achieve these goals.

The employee perspective is that this performance evaluation is for the appraisal as well as the promotion.
In my opinion the performance evaluation review should be based on the open communication with the individual employee rather than taking their reports from the managers because they can misrepresent.
In this way the key employ may be benifitted. This evaluation should be based on the key outcomes which are desired to achieve the goals.
Further as per employee perspective the performance evaluation should be fair and there should be understandings of the problems of the employee to achieve them it can be achieved by the direct interaction may be by the online system feedback.
