Tuberculosis is a common and infectious communicable disease..it is a leading cause of health issues worldwide..it is more popular among low-income, ethnic and minorities..,this is most common single death in young adults around 2billion total..in developing countries 99% of death occurs especially in Sub-Saharan Africa and South east Asia..75% age group between 15-54 years affected yearly with this disease..1-2million people dying each year..

The total budget for TB control in 22countries cost $1.6billion..national TB control program provides $876million..funding increased the budget upto $2billion and $180 million, it includes 74countries for low income group, including medical care, doctor visit, lab, test, screening,drugs, transportation and special aids..human capital evaluate the person productivity by market price..DOTS reduce the economic and social effect of TB for patient..primary school education have direct impact on TB control and risk developing..

WHO involvement in TB control program and expansion of DOTS(Direct observed treatment short course) strategy nurses are responsible to motivate for those who are high risk.global health and equity is a higher target that should be followed.. tuberculosis in inequities and poverty consider political attention..it is important poverty among adequate budget and treatment for controlling TB..
