1) Health disparities: it is the inequalities that occur in the provision of healthcare and access to healthcare across different ethnic and socioeconomic groups,Health disparities among the homelessness : in this we can see that the 800,000 americans are currently homeless, homeless individuals suffer from a myraid pf preventable and chronic physical and mental health issues creating ahealth disparity among the homeless in comparison to general health population, they are 3 major barriers that hinder the homeless from access and utilization of healthcare which are socioeconomic status , uncompassionate stereotype threat and the comorbidity of mental health and substance abuse among the homeless, people experiencing homelessness are also less likely to accesss primary and preventive health services, resulting in increased risk for laterstage diagnosis of disease and poor control of mangeable condition and hospitalization for preventable conditions,taking more pragmatic and informed approacches and using evidence based interventions such as housing first and integrated such as housing first and integrated medical and social care for homeless patients not only improve lives but also reduces ineffective, futile public service spending ending homelessness requires not only a vigorous reponse to exisiting homelessness but upstream intervention around a raft of early social determinants this reaches right back to the roots of homelessness that generally start in childhood, tackling the poverty, violence, trauma , educational disadvantage and discrimantion which underpin homelessness in our society. articles are understanding the causes health disparities among the homeless 2016 article and tackling health disparities for people who are homeless article.
