   EHRs playing important role in assisting and providing best care..Meaningful usage like computerized provider order entry and electronic documentation, reduction in events will make patient safety by decrease the drug errors.HITECH Act providing incentive payment for eligible professionals,hospitals and acute care center ,adopt,implement ,upgrade or demonstrate meaningful use of EHR technology..certified EHR improves quality ,safety ,efficiency and reduce health disparities,engage patients and family to improve the safety and quality of care..
