2. Common Stock Issued= Stock issued-Treasury Stock

Stock issued= Authorize Common Stock- Unissued Common Stock

=20,00,000-400,000=16,00,000

Treasury Common stock=72000

Therefore Common stock issued =16,00,000-72000=15,28,000/-
