Paid versions will have a better support from the software company.

Customization for each user can be possible.

Reliability and scalability is possible only in the paid services.

SAP will be a competitive for the SAS.

SAP is also having some free trials.

Commercial software have its own benefits than the freeware.

Freeware software surely will not have any bad impact on the quality. As freeware and paid are completely different access for the features.
