Part A) The given reaction is an example of free radical substitution reaction. Here, reactivity of halogens follow the order as,

I > Br > Cl > F

Thus, iodine is easily substituted H at allylic position due to higher stability of alkene intermediate by allylic double bonds.

Thus,

When Cl-Br is reacted, the major product contains Br group at allylic position.

When I-F is reacted, major product contains I group at allylic position.
