1. Acetylcholine:

Calcium ions stored in sarcoplasmic reticulum are released, this initiates muscular contraction. Calcium binds to Synaptotagmin protein at synaptic vesicles causing the release of Acetylcholine to the synaptic cleft.

2.Isometric:

The word Isometric means the tension will be produced without causing change in the length of muscle fibre. So there will be no contraction of muscle fibres occurring.

3. Muscular endurance:

The ability of a muscle or a group of muscles to continue repeated contractions against some force for an extended time period is muscular endurance. It is a component of muscular fitness together with muscle strength and power.
