Title

• most important part of a research paper
• It should be catchy enough to help make a decision for the readers whether to read it or not.
• It should be inline with the focus of research
• Two types of writing the title are: Descriptive and Conclusive
• Descriptive title refers to describe  the main focus of research
• Conclusive title refers to state the conclusion as title.

Abstract

• it provides a brief summary about the research topic
• The reader decides whether the whole paper is in his interest or not by going through the abstract.
• Equally important as the title.

Introduction

• it enables the reader to know the grounds of research in detail.
• It has 3 portions
• 1st portion deals with stating the background knowledge.
• 2nd portion deals with stating the kind of work accomplished in the entire research
• 3rd portion deals with stating the condition of problem at the end of the research.

Literature review

• it gives a detailed information about the area of research and the in-depth analysis of previous researches.
• It helps the reader to know the motive of the author behind the selection of the particular topic for research.

Methods

• this section has two functions
• 1st function: reader should be able to evaluate the entire work behind the paper
• 2nd function : all the methodologies should be explained clearly in the paper so that the reader can replicate the work if they have the intention to do so.

Results

• The section in which all the observations of the author's findings are stated.
• All the results should be written in past tense and the other general statements must be in present tense.

Discussion

• it enables the reader to find out the corelation between the findings of the author with other investigator's findings.

Acknowledgement

• this section is to acknowledge all the people or institutes or organisations which are involved in the preparation of paper with their valuable contributions and support

References

• to provide the full citation of the sources (articles) from which the data are referenced or collected .
