5) According to the Avogadro's law, equal volumes of all the closed containers will have the same number of moles of molecules.

Therefore, the number of moles of hydrogen are equal to the number of moles of Sulphur dioxide.

Under the similar conditions of temperature and volume, according to Ideal gas equation, Pressure is directly proportional to the number of moles of gas, hence both should have to excert equal pressure, but according to Graham's law of diffusion, the rate of diffusion of a gas is inversely proportional to the molecular mass of the gas, hence the molecule with lower molecular mass diffuses faster than the molecule with higher molecular mass.

Lower the molecular mass of a gas, higher will be it's collision frequency, and higher will be pressure excerted by gas molecule.

Sulphur dioxide is easily liquifiable gas than Hydrogen.

By considering all the mentioned parameters, it is concluded that Hydrogen can excert more pressure than sulphur dioxide.

1) Oxygen can not form hydrogen bond hence exist in gaseous state, but methyl alcohol can form intermolecular hydrogen bond, hence exist in liquid state.

    10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
