u+ v = 253 cm

m = v/u = 5/3

v = 5u/3

u + 5u/3 = 253

8u = 253*3

u = 94.875 cm

v = 158.125 cm

finally f =-uv/u+v

f = 158.125*94.875/(158.125+94.875)

f = 59.59 = 60 cm
