This is a 6 membered ring and is called a cyclohexane.

Two methyl groups are attached at two different carbon atoms of the cyclohexane ring.

As per the numbering system, the carbon attached to methyl is numbered as 1 and the second methyl group is attached to the third carbon of the cyclohexane.

Hence it can be called as 1,3-dimethyl cyclohexane
