The salt hydrolysis constant (Kh) for 0.1 M NH4Cl can be calculated as follows.

Kh = Kw/Kb = 10-14/(1.8*10-5) = 5.56*10-10

Now, [H+] = ([NH4Cl]*Kh)1/2 = (0.1 * 5.56*10-10)1/2 = 7.45*10-6

i.e. pH = -Log[H+] = -Log(7.45*10-6) = 5.13
