The eylinder is initially in contact with the plane at point A. The bullet was travelling horizontally at 350m/s and hits the cylinder at its midpoint. The bullet becomes embedded within the cylinder and the impact causes it to roll up the slope. Assume that the cylinder rolls without slipping. 350m/s 309 v. A dynamically balanced system is one that has all the couples balanced along with the forces. Whereas, statistically stable system are those that have only forces that are balanced.
