Computer oriented crime using computer software, networks are occurring at increased rates nowadays. It is an emerging problem in society .Computer crimes also include surplus range of forbidden activities like hacking, information theft, misleading information etc.

A)John -Unethical, Beth- Computer crime

John is unethical because the website has clearly stated that only one account can be linked per student. A necessity for studies should be fulfilled by every individual in legal way and not in an unethical way.It is like an identity theft .

Beth is committing a computer crime, because she is sharing the password of her account with another . The account should be accessed by only one student as stated by website .

B)John- Computer crime, Beth- Computer crime, Robert- Unethical

Both Beth and John has committed computer crime .They have decided to sell an account which both were using by shared password which is already a crime as the website is designed in a way to be used by only one person.

Robert is unethical because for his necessity of courses he has to buy the textbook and web access newly , and not Beth & John 's used account .

C)Susan- Unethical, Mary-Unethical

Susan should fulfill the  the necessities for her clinical assignment on Tuesday and also get prepared for a 8-hour clinical on Wednesday. It is unethical to ask Mary to act favourable for her. Being a healthcare professional student she should practice ethics. She should retain privacy ,confidentiality .And also Susan and Mary should never do their clinical works together , as the assignments given for them individually to improve their capability and capacity to take care of a patient in future. If they keep on helping each other , the safety of patient may be insecure .

D)Mary- Unethical ,Professor Smith- Computer crime, Susan- Unethical

Mary should not interfere in fulfilling clinical assignment needs for Susan.

Professor Smith has committed computer crime , as being a professor he took the information from clinical unit and gave Mary to give Susan which is illegal. Susan has to access the information and complete the assignment on her own.

Susan has to do what is needed for her course and not depend on others .
