How do the Millennials perceive professional growth, and how do they feel about workplace authority?

It has been observed from studies that more than sixty five percentage of the millenials expect their employees to provide continuing learning oppurtunities and on job training in order to improve their professional growth. It has also been seen how more than seventy percentage of them feel that their schooling has helped them to prepare for their job requirements. Millennials also on the majority are likely to pick up a job that helps in professional growth over pay. They require their own space and respect in the workplace and desires to voice their opinions on a large basis.
