Ans) 8) Rx: Azithromycin oral suspension 200 mL

Dose: 10 mg/kg

30 lbs= 30/2.205 = 13.608 kilograms

10 mg = 1 kg

13.608 kg = x

x = 13.608 × 10 = 136.08 mg
