What is Administrative Procedures?

Administrative procedures are a group of rules that conduct policy for managing an organization. These procedures are to set efficiency, consistency, responsibility, and accountability.

What is Network Management. ?

Network management is the process of controlling and managing networks within organization. Services provided by Network Management include fault analysis, performance management, provisioning of networks and maintaining the quality of service within organization.

from above two definition it is clear that Administrative Procedures are applied over human and that related to real life experience and situation. also it may vary human to human or organization to organization.on other side Network Management is strict procedure that followed by system and computer network and it is almost same for all networks, hence it is clear that Administrative procedures are not completed adopted by Network Management
