The four most important skills, knowledge, and abilities (SKAs) to be explored during the interview process are learning attitude, commitment towards the job and company requirements, attitude for goal achievement and teamwork, the job related skills and experience to evaluate of the candidate has the required competencies for the job.

If the candidate has learning attitude, training can help the candidate to accomplish various tasks. The commitment and dedication for the job and company is required for sincerity and interest. The attitude for goal achievement and teamwork can impact the quality of work and efficiency. It is important to evaluate the job related skills, education and experience so that the person understand their role and responsibilities.
