1. The vegetarian diet carries less iron content, so they are prone to develop anemia.

Athletes:

1. Athlete are using more muscle power, that is muscles are working more,

these hard working muscle need more oxygen,

To carryout oxygen the athletes need more iron and as well as they are prone to develop iron deficiency anemia.
