Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is a pediatric disorder in which the passage between the stomach at the pylorus to the small intestine is narrowed due to muscle thickening and causes stenosis this interrupts the stomach content to pass to the small intestine causing a bulge or Olive shaped mass over the right side of epigastrium

The other options are signs of other diseases like

Sausage shaped mass in the upper mid abdomen is seen in Crohn's disease or in case of intestinal obstruction.

Tenderness at the McBurney's point in the right lower quadrant is a sign of acute appendicitis in which when you palpate the left abdomen the patient will have intense pain at the right side

Abdominal pain in the epigastric and umbilical region can be a sign of Gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation, umbilical here is,over eating, indigestion.
