In some countries Local government situation is far worse because they don't have enough funds to complete the projects on time and even the government won't support them because Government should take care many other local bodies. The main problem is that Local Government situation is worse because always there expenses are greater than the revenue they get. Most of the revenue for local Government is in the form of Utility taxes where that revenue is not enough to develop that region or area. So they will take the help of the State Government for funding of various projects.

Local Government don't set aside any money as they will not have that much money with them. Most of the times they won't even borrow as the employees will get salaries in time by state government and most of the projects are funded by state government. They have to only spend on taking care of that community by spending on daily activities to make the area clean and Green.

The main important thing that all Local Government authority should understand is that they have to have more of Younger generation in the work force as they will be anxious and enthusiastic to do work. Seniors should be there to guide them and offer their experience to provide a better service. Local Government should also take the initiative of Self Governance and make people also to involve in its activities which make them understand and motivate to keep their community clean and green. If people are supporting the local Government than obviously there will be development. Local authorities should create societies and some efficient people as the head of that society who will take up problems in that society to that local Government where with mutual understanding they all will work for a better society.
