Hi
First of all in the saline solution,the amount of KCl present depends on the various factors like where it is going to be used.

The amount of KCl can be adjusted according to the requirements.Let us take a normal saline solution which is used.

We normally use the solution with 9g/L composition.
After addition of this salt the change in the volume can be neglected this the volume of water is 1 L in this solution.

Mass of water again depends on the temperature but let us take a standard value of 1000 g/L as the density of the water.

Volume of solution = 1 L
Mass of solution =1000+9 = 1009 grams

Density =mass / volume =1.009 g/ml

We know that the salts decrease the viscosity of the water .various correlations are available for the value of the viscosity at different salt concentrations. You can also find many graphs when you check on web.

I am reporting a value for this 9g/L solution.

Viscosity = 9 cP= 0.009 pa.S

Hope this helps
