10-k Report - 10-K Report is a comprehensive report which includes its financial statements and its performance. 10-K is filled by public trading companies and it is requires by U.S securities and exchange.

AUDIT ACCOUNTING FIRM -Audit Accounting Firm is a firm which has good accounting skills and provides various accounting services to its clients. Audit accounting firms mainly provides auditing services to its clients. In this, it audits company's financial reports and checks whether it is correct or not.

AUDIT COMMITTEE- Audit committee is a body of company's board of directors which mainly focuses on company's financial statements and it accounting policies and disclosure of materialistic information to its shareholders and investors.

DOWNGRADED BOND RATING- Bond is rated upgraded or downgraded. Downgraded bond rating refers to the rating which describes that the bond is now more riskier and its price may also lower, which results in its lower demand.

EARNINGS - Earnings refers to the income after tax i.e net income. Earnings is an amount of profit that a company earns in a particular year.

EARNINGS PER SHARE - Earning per share refers to the financial tool which measures the company's profitability. It is the value which defines the earnings per outstanding share of common stock. It can be find out by dividing company's net income with its total number of its outstanding share.
