Volume flow rate Q = mass flow rate/density

= 5.45e-2/730 m^3/s

= 0.000074657 m^3/s

speed v = volume flow rate/area = Q/(pi r^2)

= 0.000074657/(pi*4e-3^2)

= 1.485 m/s answer
