Answer: The safe administration of medicines as well as injection can eliminate the risk of errors. The preventive measures should be taken before the administration of the drug to the patients. The mode of administration should be thoroughly checked. These strategies will provide low medical error rates as well as improved quality of care to the patients. This will also eliminate the risk of negligence.

These strategies provide less harm to the patients as there would be thorough monitoring of the drug before giving to the patients. There will be reduction in the negligence, because due to negligence many medical errors occurs.
