ANSWER 1:- Group a beta hemolytic streptococcus bacteria are produced streptolycine and exotocine enzyme. This enzyme are lysis of red blood cell. The person contact the infected person and contaminated fluid, food and feco oral route are common to spread bacteria infection.

ANSWER 2 :-PHARYNGITIS DISEASE, SORE THROAT.

ANSWER 3 :- a. Rheumatic fever,

b. Glomerulonephritis .

C. Carditis

ANSWER 4 :- Treatment should be provided client conditions for example

Antibiotic :- Penicillin, Amoxicillin

Analgesic:- to reduce pain (Diclofenic sodium )

Antipyretics :- to reduce fever ( Paracetamol ).

Corticosteroid :- to prevent inflammation. (Prednesolon)

Gargaling for warm salt water for three time in a day.

Mouth wash. Oral hygeine etc.
