For this question we already know that two factors are working in the opposite direction and thus the CO2 concentration will increase and decrease.
But one assumptions we can take that the concentration will be proportional to the given graph.Althouh the value of the concentration may change.

Let the proportionality constant be K.
then in the graph the concentration at the dawn is 0.06.

0.06K =2.6
K=43.33
So, the given graph can be multiplied by 43.33.

I am taking the value of the concentration approximately while drawing the graph..
