And each resistor just fits into its own individual rectangular packaging box, which has inner dimensions of 1.00 x 1.00 x 31.416 (lengths in mm). – If the three resistors are connected to a certain constant-voltage ideal battery (i.e. it has no internal resistance) so that the minimum possible total current is flowing, the power produced by one of the resistors is 28.35 W. – If the three resistors are connected in a different configuration to that same constant-voltage battery, the total current from the battery is 20.25 A, but only two of the resistors carry the same current, which is 6.75 A. Estimate the mean time between collisions for electrons flowing in these resistors. You may assume that these resistors are all made from one of the materials listed in table 27.2 on page 753.
