Answer #1
1 Euro = 10.66 Swedish Krona
1 Krona = .094 Euros
Cost of Big Mac in Sweden
52 Krona
Cost of Big Mac in France
4.08 Euros
Based on the Big Mac index
4.08 Euros = 52 Krona
1 Krona = ((1/52)*4.08) Euros
1 Krona = .078 Euros
Since the exchange rate is 1 Krona = .094 Euros
The Krona is overvalued against the Euro.
