Angel investorsnin start ups and new upcoming businesses. In return for a share in equity of the company, angel investors invest money into the company. They look into the business idea, the background of the people starting the business thier commitment . They look into the 2 year financial projections, the business plans and technology being used. After a lot of thinking and research they invest for a equity ownership interest. A number of start-ups like facebook ,uber are thriving on angel investors money.
