Using Bernoullis equation for same height flow,

P1 + 0.5rho*v1^2 = P2 + 0.5*rho*v2^2

Since velocity in narrow portion v2 is larger, so pressure P2 has to be smaller. So option a is wrong and c is correct

option c is correct.
