See, according to the Henry's law the solubility of any gas in a liquid is directly proportional to the partial pressure of that gas only. It do not depend on total pressure. So on adding N_{​​​​2} of partial pressure 18 atm, there is no effect on solubility of acetone as partial pressure of acetone is still 12 atm
