21. H3PO4 : It has tetrahedral shape, bond angle ~109.5 , it is polar molecule.

(bond is less than 109.5 , between -P=O and -P-OH )

22. H2SO4 : It has tetrahedral shape, bond angle ~109.5 , it is polar molecule.

(bond is less than 109.5 , between -S=O and -S-OH ; between -S=O and -S=O )

23. HNO2 : It has angular shape, bond angle <120 (~115) , it is polar molecule.

24. N2O2 : It has angular shape, bond angle <120 , it is a polar molecule.  

(non-linearity makes it Polar: though polarity is lesser)

25. N2O :   It has linear shape, bond angle ~180 , it is a polar molecule.

( polarity is lesser)

26. BeF2 It has linear shape, bond angle 180 , it is Non-polar molecule.

(opposite side polar bond cancels  each other , thus non-polar)
