Ans 1 :

The total pressure of the gas mixture is equal to the sum of the partial pressure of its constituent gases.

So here :

pressure of helium = 0.65 atm

pressure of nitrogen = 1.50 atm

so pressure of mixture = 1.50 atm + 0.65 atm

= 2.15 atm
