L = length of side of the square = 0.13 m

r = distance of each corner from the center

distance of each corner from the center is given as

r = L/sqrt(2) = 0.13/sqrt(2) = 0.092 m

q' = magnitude of charge at each corner = 7.5 x 10-6 C

q = magnitude of charge at center = 1.25 x 10-6 C

F = magnitude of force on the charge at center by each charge at the corner

magnitude of force on the charge at center by each charge at the corner is given as

F = k q' q /r2

F = (9 x 109) (7.5 x 10-6)(1.25 x 10-6)/(0.092)2

F = 9.97 N

so Fa = Fb = Fc = Fd = F = 9.97 N

Fad = combination of force Fa and Fd = Fa + Fd = 9.97 + 9.97 = 19.94 N

Fbc = combination of force Fb and Fc = Fb + Fc = 9.97 + 9.97 = 19.94 N

magnitude of the net force is given as

Fnet = sqrt(Fad2 + Fbc2) = sqrt((19.94)2 + (19.94)2) = 28.2 N
