  2. Clinical manifestation: The symptoms occurs are:

3. M spike: The abnormal cells that are produced causes the M spike or the monoclonal proliferation of plasma cells.

4.Bence Jones proteins: These are the specific kind of diagnostic of multiple myeloma which causes in the organ impairment such as renal failure.
