I think answer should be Wf = W1 and Warm = W3.
And we will know this by reading the figure.
In case of arm and gear 3 , arm is connected to gear 3 , we know this by the size of shaft connected to 3 is same as arm . And shaft connecting gear 1and F is same . We can say the by the size and also by the dashed line which starts from F and ends on gear 1.
