In given reaction, 1 mole of oxygen should reacts with 1 mole of ethanol to form 1 mole of CO2.

Lets find out number of moles of reactants used in the reaction.

Moles of O2 = amount of O2 used / molar mass of O2 = 18.0/32 = 0.562 mole

Moles of Ethanol = amount of ethanol used / molar mass of ethanol = 25.0/46.07 = 0.542 moles

Therefore 0.542 mole of ethanol reacts with 0.562 moles of O2.

Oxygen is used in excess. Therefore, Limiting reagent is Ethanol
