Electric field, E = Q / (4 pi e0 R^2)

= (11 x 10^-6) / (4 pi x 8.85 x 10^-12 x (0.11/2)^2)

= 3.27 x 10^7 N/C

C)

r = (0.11/2) + 0.08 = 0.135 m

E = Q / (4 pi e0 r^2)

= (11 x 10^-6) / (4 x pi x 8.85 x 10^-12 x (0.135)^2)

= 5.43 x 10^6 N/C
