The electrostatic force between two charges 'q' and 'Q' and separated by a distance 'r' is given by

As neutrons are charge - less there will be no any electrostatic force due to the neutrons.

So, the electrostatic force between two protons (charge on each proton is 1.602 x 10-19 C) separated by a distance 10-15 m will be

Hence, the magnitude of electrostatic force is 230.97 N ( ~ 231 N ) .
