List of pros :-
- we will get a huge number of cases
- easy to collect sample
- huge number of samples will increase the chances of publication
- can conduct trial of a medicine
- quick and cheap if we see the number of cases available for study
- no long duration needed
- review of literature will be available easily as many studies are already done
- it would help to generate new knowledge on the outcomes of studies which are already done
Cons :-
- initially a huge amount has to be used but later we will get back it as doubled .
- some patient might get off the study causing loss
Anyway , the pros are outweigh the cons ,hence iwe should do the trial bwacuae first of all it's a bidg health issue and also will get saamplea easily and it would help us to earn the double what we spend on research .
