Without preparing coffee lattes cannot be prepared. Hence 15 minutes work is a prerequisite before the work of latte is started.

There after for 50 lattes @ 2 minutes per latte = 100 minutes are needed

Thus, Total time needed = 15 + 100 = 115 minutes
