As gate is in equilibrium, torque acting on gate about A is zero.

Torque of force Ft = Ft*L (clockwise)

Torque of force due to pressure of liquid =  integral( Fx*x) (anticlockwise)

Fx is force of pressure at distance x from A

Fx = Px*da  

Px is pressure at distance x from a and da = W dx
