In chapter 1 we analyzed definition of Quality, wherein one important point about quality is that Quality is an ever-changing state (i.e., what is considered quality today may not be good enough to be considered quality tomorrow) prove this with your own experiment at home. Pick up any three products/services of your choice (eg. Tv, mobile, airlines etc.) ask one of your eldest family member (mother, father, grandparents) to give their experience of quality of these products when they first used it. After their comments write your own quality experience and expectations for each of these products and compare how it has changed overtime. (5 marks) (100-150 words)

Mobile phones:Mobile phones when first launched were primarily for calling and text. As telecommunication improved, mobiles progressed and now they are acting as pocket computers. With addition of features speed quality of processing has improved.

GPS: Now GPS services are more accurate and even in small lanes it guides better. Earlier for small roads and squares it used to give confusing directions but with improvement in quality of satellite signals the services improved.

Cameras: The picture quality earlier used be average but with improvement in pixel quality real like pictures are clicked.
