b. The speed of light is less in air as compared to a vacuum

c. The speed of light is less in both glass and water as compared to a vacuum

Answer #1

speed of electromagnetic radiation is same for all waves it depends on the medium in which they are propagating

refractive indices of some material : air, 1.0003; water,1.333; crown glass, 1.517; dense flint glass, 1.655; and diamond,2.417

n = \dfrac{c}{v}

c = speed of light in vacuum

v = speed of light in medium

n = refractive index of light in medium with respect to vacuum

speed of light in air less than vacuum as refractive index of light in air is higher than that of vacuum so speed of light in air is less as compared to vacuum

yes speed of light  is less in both glass and water as compared to a vacuum

speed of light in about 2.99 x 10^8 m/s

so correct statements are : b,c,d,e

please rate it up thanks :)
