We cannot determine the number of data from graph c.

Graph c is a boxplot , which shows the structure of the data, the skewness ,spread can be obtained from a boxplot.

The sd of A is less than sd of B , because in case of both A and B the mean is at the center 4, but in case of B , there are more values (ie higher frequencies) far from the mean, thus B is more spreaded implying higher standard deviation.

No, mean is not same in case of C. Median of C is at 4, but as the boxplot suggests a positive skewness , mean will be higher than median .
