For the part after decimal, divide digits by n, n^{​​​​​​2}​​​​​ and so on starting from the left to right. And add.

Q2) For parts a and b, write hexadecimal and octal to their corresponding binary digits by simply converting each digit to it's binary form using the (8421) form given below then convert the binary back to hexadecimal by pairing 4 instead of 3 binary digits together for the partb)

For part c we firstly convert base 6 to base 10 like in Q1 then base 10 to base 3 by continuously dividing it by 3 and noting the remainders.
