• Amazon Web Services(AWS) is a subsidiary of Amazon that provides on demand cloud computing platforms to individuals, government and Companies on a paid subscription, to have their disposable virtual cluster of computers available all the time through internet. It provides services globally operating through different locations of the world including 6 in North America.
• These features of AWS such as on demand cloud computing platforms help set the boundaries confined to metros and various areas of software platforms. And promoting in their core areas.
• AWS can be organized and managed by hiring software employees and in different geographical regions by following itsiby laws, applying tax exemption,state exemption, drafting by laws and appointing directors, holding meetings and obtaining necessary license and permits.
• Due to operating in different geographical locations AWS has to comply respected statutes which in turn affect it's accounting principles to be followed in preparation of it's financial statements.
• And such statutes also affect financial reporting frame work and subsequent business decisions.
